Last updated 16 May 2026. These terms are written for the launch version of Invofolio and should be reviewed before paid billing goes live.
1. Using Invofolio
Invofolio is a billing workspace for creating quotations, invoices, client records, project numbering, PDF previews, and receivables summaries. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for checking documents before sending them to clients.
2. Account Access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, stop using the affected session and contact support as soon as possible.
3. Plans and Billing
The Free plan includes limited monthly usage. Paid plan pricing, limits, and included features may change as the product develops. Any future paid subscription will show pricing and renewal details before payment is collected.
4. Invoice and Client Data
Your invoice, quotation, client, payment, and project data remains your business information. Invofolio uses that information to provide the service, generate previews and PDFs, calculate dashboard summaries, and support account operations.
5. Taxes and Compliance
Invofolio is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for confirming that invoices, quotations, payment records, tax rates, and business details meet the requirements that apply to your work.
6. Public Links
If you enable a public invoice link, anyone with that link may be able to view the shared invoice until the link is revoked. Do not share public links with people who should not access the document.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Invofolio reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, infrastructure incidents, provider outages, or product updates. We may modify or discontinue features as the product evolves.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the support contact provided inside the application. These terms are intended as launch-stage product terms and may be updated before or after paid billing launches.
